The Annual Meetings
Each year the Society organises an annual meeting in one of the European countries. No ERRS meeting is organised in the year in which the International Radiation Research (IRR - marked italics below) Conference takes place. The meetings held in the years 1953-1956, before the Society was founded, were organised by the European Steering Committee. The first Annual Meeting of the Society is dated 1961.
